Return Conditions

You can return your Ateloni Keychain Bag within 14 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is in perfect, unworn condition
  • All original parts are included (bag, pendant/tag)
  • The original packaging is present
  • The return request was submitted within 14 days of delivery

How to Return

Contact us
Email us at support@ateloni.com with your order number and reason for return.

Prepare your return
We will send you the return address via email. The customer bears the cost of return shipping.

Ship the package
Securely pack the bag in its original packaging and send it to the address provided. Please note: The costs for return shipping are to be borne by the buyer.

Receive your refund
After inspecting the return, we will refund the full purchase price (excluding shipping costs) to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
⚠️ Important: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We recommend insured shipping, as we are not liable for loss or damage during return transport.

Warranty

The Ateloni Keychain Bag comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects. Damage due to improper use is excluded.
